Types of Opportunities at Lake Effect ABA
At Lake Effect ABA, we’re always looking to connect with individuals who are passionate about supporting children and families. While openings vary, here are some examples of the types of roles and experiences we may offer:
Behavior Therapists/RBTs (Part-Time & Full-Time)
Therapists provide direct 1:1 therapy in the child’s home, helping children build meaningful skills through individualized ABA programming.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)/ NY LBAs
We offer after-school positions for in person, hybrid, or remote BCBAs licensed in New York State. Lake Effect ABA also offers mentorship for newly-certified BCBAs.
Supervision & Fieldwork Experience
We provide NYS- and BACB-compliant supervision and fieldwork opportunities for students completing ABA programs and those pursuing certification/licensure. Lake Effect ABA is a recognized partner of Daemen University, and we also work with students from a variety of other institutions to support their training and experience needs.
